THAI YOGA

Thai yoga massage is performed, fully clothed, on a comfortable mat on the floor. A treatment consists of gentle stretching, rhythmic rocking and direct pressure as the massage flows from one posture to the next bringing the receiver into a state of deep relaxation. You are invited to explore your inner environment. As the practitioner moves from one area of the body to the next so does your awareness. Let your breath be your guide as you bring consciousness to the parts of you that need it most.

Body awareness (great for dancers, actors, yoga students and teachers)
Improved mood
Increased flexibility (great for athletes)
Reduce pain and speed recovery from an injury (keeps body tissues mobile during healing process)
