A Certified Athletic Therapist assesses injuries and utilizes rehabilitative techniques, therapeutic modalities, soft tissue mobilization, physical reconditioning, and supportive taping. Diane often uses a combination of both massage and athletic therapy techniques during her treatment sessions (when indicated). Assessment and treatment sessions are one hour.

Massage Therapy - $85.00

Massage is a manual technique used to reduce muscle tension, stiffness, and spasms as well as promote circulation, range of motion, and flexibility. Reduction of pain due to muscle tension is common through massage. Focus will be therapeutic, keeping the patient’s needs and goals in mind. Massage treatments are one hour in length, and can be full-body or area-specific. Please inquire with Diane about the availability of longer or shorter massage therapy sessions.

Sport Specific Functional Screening Assessment -  $150.00
Tailored to fit the sport and the individual, the goal of this assessment is to identify muscular imbalances, flexibility, and strength issues which may be improved upon with the purpose of injury prevention, and performance enhancement in mind. This assessment is most successful when completed yearly or seasonally to determine change in function over time.

Animal Physical Rehabilitation Initial Consultation  - $75.00
A complete spinal and peripheral assessment focused on identifying the cause of injury or dysfunction. A problem list will be created and individualized treatment plan will be created. Expect assessment to take approx 45-60 minutes

Animal Physical Rehabilitation Treatment  -  $65.00
Based on the diagnosis and treatment plan determined in the Physiotherapy initial consult. Treatment includes education,manual therapy, a variety of techniques to help your animal feel as great as possible.

Hands on manual therapy including craniosacral, muscle energy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations and other soft tissue techniques to help active individuals maintain optimal health. Assessment and treatment sessions are one hour

Orthotics - Prices Vary

The intial assessment is generally 30 – 45 minutes in length and includes medical history taking, lower limb assessment including range of motion, non-weight and weight bearing assessment, footwear assessment and gait analysis. In addition, a 3D mould of the foot is taken. This mould can be taken in several ways depending on the needs of the client. The mould is taken to our Pedorthists lab in Porters Lake and the orthotics are manufactured.
